I graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2013 with a degree in civil engineering. I served as a rifle and mortar platoon leader at Fort Stewart, GA before going on to serve as a future operations planner in Korea, and I am a graduate of the grueling U.S. Army Ranger School. These experiences taught me how to manage competing demands, solve impossible problems, meet hard deadlines, and handle tough personalities – skills that today allow me to smoothly guide my clients through the complex process of buying or selling real estate.
Part of my journey to becoming a Realtor was my own experience as a young first time buyer and my belief that I could do a better job. I believe that a Realtor needs to understand coaching and counseling just as much as he must understand the market. Whether you’ve got a pre-approval in hand or you’re still building your credit, I am here to help you every step of the way.
I am also an active real estate investor and self-proclaimed Microsoft Excel wizard with experience analyzing, buying, and managing buy-and-hold residential investments, to include long-term rentals, furnished short-term rentals, and short term vacation rentals. I know local zoning, flood maps, Savannah vacation rental regulations, and I’ve been known to watch C-SPAN on occasion — in short, not much sneaks by without me smelling it first.
Whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor, I have the knowledge and network of local lenders and contractors to help you achieve your goals!
